Noa heads the firm’s Media & Entertainment practice and specializes in media and communications law, copyright, privacy and defamation.
As part of her practice, Noa regularly represents leading content and broadcasting platforms in Israel and internationally, major social media platforms, Israeli and international content applications, television channels (including news, entertainment and documentary channels), leading talent agencies, as well as some of the foremost production companies in Israel and worldwide. She advises these clients on all legal matters relating to their activities, including complex regulatory issues.
Noa also has extensive experience advising on and representing clients in a broad range of transactions in the media and entertainment sector, including mergers and acquisitions, founders’ agreements, domestic and international production and co-production agreements, development agreements, distribution agreements, licensing agreements and other commercial transactions.
In addition, Noa provides ongoing legal counsel in connection with television productions of all types, including scripted productions, documentaries and investigative programs.
Noa is also highly experienced in representing clients in complex litigation involving a wide range of commercial law matters, as well as copyright, privacy and defamation.

Noa completed her legal internship at Zellermayer, Pelossof & Co., where she subsequently worked as an associate. Prior to the establishment of our firm, Noa was an associate at Meitar Law Firm.
