Mor Goldblum Yatskan is an Associate in the firm’s Communications & Media Department.

Mor specializes in media, entertainment and content law, advising on commercial transactions and projects across the industry. She provides legal and strategic counsel to broadcasters, content platforms, production companies, creators and other clients operating in the media sector in Israel and internationally. Her practice combines expertise in intellectual property, commercial transactions and regulatory matters, delivering legal solutions tailored to the commercial and creative challenges of the content industry.

Mor advises on projects throughout their lifecycle, from the initial concept and development stage through production, distribution and commercial exploitation. As part of her practice, she drafts and negotiates a broad range of commercial agreements, including development, production, licensing and distribution agreements, rights acquisition agreements, and agreements with creators, talent and production personnel. She also advises on domestic and cross-border transactions involving chain of title matters and the clearance of rights for the exploitation of audiovisual works across multiple platforms and territories.
In addition to her transactional practice, Mor provides ongoing legal advice on matters arising throughout the development, production and distribution of content, including copyright, performers’ rights, music rights, trademarks, privacy, defamation, broadcasting and media regulation, and other legal issues relating to the creation, production and exploitation of content. She also advises clients on the drafting and implementation of terms of use, privacy policies and other legal documentation for digital platforms and online services.

Mor also advises on projects involving artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, providing legal and commercial guidance on matters including ownership of rights, licensing, platform terms of use, contractual risk allocation and the protection of intellectual property in connection with the use of emerging technologies.
