Maya specializes in media and entertainment law, TV productions and complex negotiations.
Maya represents production companies in all kinds of transactions, including international co-production agreements, development agreements, distribution agreements, license agreements and more.
Maya also provides ongoing consultation with respect to both commercial and legal matters concerning copyright law, privacy and libel law, mainly in the entertainment and TV industry.
