In addition, Eran provides ongoing consultation to commercial companies and nonprofit organizations.
Eran is an expert in media and entertainment law, representing both local and international content and broadcasting platforms, television channels and production companies in all types of transactions in the content field. In addition, Eran regularly advises key players in the television and content industry on issues related to copyright, privacy, and defamation.
Eran represents sports clubs, agents, and athletes. He has extensive experience in the representation of clients in international arbitration proceedings in the field of sports, especially basketball and football.
Eran previously served as a member of the Israeli Natural Gas Authority Council.
