About
Elad is a Partner in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He represents and advises corporations, shareholders, private clients, and business executives in complex commercial disputes across a broad range of practice areas, including corporate law, contract law, securities law, class actions and franchising.
Elad has extensive experience handling complex disputes before Israeli courts and arbitration tribunals, including shareholder and corporate control disputes, class actions, proceedings involving public companies, contractual disputes, and large-scale commercial litigation.
In addition to his work at the firm, Elad serves as a Director of Beit Emanuel – the Municipal Corporation for Culture, Leisure and Education of the City of Ramat Gan , and volunteers as a financial education teacher at Ohel Shem High School in Ramat Gan.
