Our Sports Department advises sports clubs, athletes, agents and commercial entities in Israel and worldwide, and provides legal advice and representation in transactions, legal proceedings and arbitrations in the field of sports. The department has extensive experience advising on negotiations, drafting agreements, commercial transactions, arbitration proceedings and dispute resolution, alongside ongoing legal counsel to clubs, athletes, agents and entities operating in the industry. Adv. Eran Shimony serves as an arbitrator and mediator at the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of the Israel Football Association.
